<p>PURPOSE:To diagnose if the time which requires the overhaul of a piston pump is reached or not in a simple and sure method without being given with the influence of other vibration sources such as engine. CONSTITUTION:As for a diagnosis method for the overhall time of a pump, the pulsation frequency of the oil discharged from the discharge side line 1b of a piston pump 1 is detected, and it is diagnosed from the state of the spectrum if the piston pump 1 reaches the time which requires overhaul, and it is judged that the time which requires overhaul is reached, at the time when the singular peak of the wave form observed from the spectrum is in the rightward rising tendency state on the high frequency side.</p> |
