Highly active eukaryotic alkaline phosphatase and a process for producing it

DNA which is isolated or purified or in a non-naturally occurring state or environment coding for a eukaryotic highly active alkaline phosphatase with a specific activity of more than 3000 U/mg in which the amino acid residue at position 322 is smaller than aspartate is claimed. A vector containing and the phosphatase encoded by the above defined DNA are claimed.
