PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve patency, by fixing a tissue inducible substance on the total surface of a drawn polytetrafluoroethylene tube including the inner wall faces. SOLUTION: It is preferable to use a porous polytetrafluoroethylene tube with fiber length on at least the surface to be in contact with blood is not shorter than 60μm. A tissue inducible substance is fixed on the total surface of a drawn polytetrafluoroethylene tube including the inner wall faces in pores. Further, an antithrombogenic substance is fixed at least on the surface of the tube. It is preferable to introduce a functional group such as carboxyl groups into the drawn tetrafluoroethylene for bonding a tissue inducible substance by the covalent bond. Either of physical application of chemical bonding with functional groups are also preferable to six the thrombogenic substance or the tissue inducible substance. |
