PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation paper cup in which a paper is not torn even when a step in unevenness is increased, any paper not of special type can be used, and the heat insulation performance is excellent by winding a one-sided flat plate with innumerable dents in a corrugated plate around a side surface of the paper cup with its flat part arranged outside. SOLUTION: A flat plate 4 with innumerable dents 2 on a corrugation ridge of a corrugated plate 1 with equal intervals at one sided face 3 of the plate is wound around a side surface 6 of a conical paper cup 5 with its flat part arranged outside. To save a glue, the glue is preferably applied only to both ends in the winding direction of the one-sided face 3 for adhesion. The flat plate 4 is preferably an appropriately flexible thick board, and the winding direction of the one-sided face 3 is preferably close at a right angle to the corrugation ridge of the corrugated plate 1. Since the paper is corrugated to have unevenness, the paper is not torn like an embossed one, the step in unevenness can be increased by changing the size of the corrugation irrespective of the kind of the paper, and the heat insulation performance can be improved by increasing the thickness of an air layer. |
