PURPOSE: The deciding method is provided to prevent the output of nominal value corresponded to the conduct of over steering as considering the non-linear range of horizontal/slip angle characteristic curved line. CONSTITUTION: The nominal traveling conduct deciding method for deciding the nominal traveling conduct of a car in case of controlling the traveling conduct of a car having two car axles in a curved road, as continuously decreasing the slip rigidness value as increasing the slip angle when applying a linear one track tread model to a real car, increasing the slip angle and decreasing the slip rigidness continuously to be '0' of the inclination of the horizontal force/slip angle characteristic curve if horizontal force/slip angle characteristic curve of a car reaches to the maximum.
