PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless bonding method which improves connection reliability. SOLUTION: First gold balls 31, 32, 33, 34 are respectively welded to the butt corners of respective pads 15a, 15b, 15c, 15d and respective suspension terminals 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d. Second gold balls 35, 36, 37, 38 are then respectively welded on the respective suspension terminals 26a, 26b, 26c, 26d so as to come into contact with the respective first gold balls 31, 32, 33, 34 to fix these balls and the terminals in such a manner that first connections a, second connections b, third connection c and fourth connections d are respectively formed between the pad 15a and the terminal 26a, between the pad 15b and the terminal 26b, between the pad 15c and the terminal 26c, between the pad 15d and the terminal 26d and between both balls. The electrical connections a, b, c, d are thus formed between both terminals. |
