PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the safety of a work, and to attain shortening of the working period and saving of cost, without depending on the equipment of each worker or requiring drying even just after drain when a worker enters a casing or a tube, and conducts a prescribed work. SOLUTION: This anti-slipping mat is set on the inner wall face of a casing or tube made of iron for non-slippage. This anti-slipping mat is provided with a mat main body 10 formed like a plane of materials having flexibility which can conform to the shape of the inner wall face, projecting and recessed anti- slipping face 18 formed on one side face of the mat main body 10, and plural permanent magnets 24 formed on the other side face of the mat main body 10. By having permanent magnets 24 adsorb by the inner wall face, the mat main body 10 can be held at the position.
