PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the dynamic image recording system that effectively utilizes the capacity of a recording medium. SOLUTION: A frame rate of recorded dynamic image data or an overwritten rate of the dynamic image data to be overwritten is set to each communication opposite party in a telephone number registration memory 25 in an information communication terminal. When the residual capacity of a recording medium 23 is a prescribed value or below, the data are recorded at a frame rate set to each communication opposite party. When there is no residual capacity of the recording medium 23 left, the data are overwritten to the file written in each communication opposite party at an overwritten rate set to each communication opposite party. Thus, the capacity of the recording medium 23 is utilized effectively. |
