PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to assemble a suitable escalator device by using the same parts independently of the denominations of coins by forming plural elliptic holes and small holes for positioning. SOLUTION: A required number of positioning elliptic holes 54 are pierced on both the sides of the upper part of a base board 51. Similarly a required number of positioning small holes 55 are pierced on both the sides of the lower part of the base board 51. A slender spacer 56 is positioned on the right side of the rectangular base board 51. Namely the tip part of a screw 58 screwed into a screw hole 57 formed on the upper part of the spacer 56 is engaged with a required elliptic hole 54. An ejected part 59 formed on the lower part of the spacer 56 is engaged with a required small hole 55 to position the spacer 56. Even when a coin to be applied is changed, the device can simply correspond to the outer diameter of the coin. Concretely six kinds of base boards required for a conventional device in accordance with the diameters of coins can be unified to only one base board 51.
