<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable use of an inclined hard disk apparatus by providing an adjusting mechanism for adjusting an inclination angle in the horizontal direction of the hard disk apparatus. SOLUTION: When the rear part of body 1 is placed on a board, for example, in order to assure easier manipulation of a keyboard 2 provided to the body 1, the body is inclined to the front side and the hard disk apparatus 5 is also inclined in the front side. In order to keep the horizontal condition of the hard disk apparatus 5, an engaging part of an adjusting knob is engaged with a slit formed at the lower end part of an angle-adjusting screw 9 and thereafter the adjusting knob is rotated to assure accurate adjustment. When the adjusting knob is rotated, the angle-adjusting screw 9 rotates and thereby a holding part 6 on which a screwing hole is formed in the condition being screwed with the feed screw is rotated for displacement using the supporting axis of a hinge 7 as the fulcrum. Through the manipulation explained above, the recording operation and reading operation of the signal to the hard disk comprised in the hard disk apparatus 5 can be performed accurately.</p> |
