PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an electric shield characteristic at a back opening of a shield terminal into which a shield electric wire is inserted. SOLUTION: A shield connector is provided with an inner terminal 4 connected to an inner conductor of a shield electric wire 2, an inner housing 5 for housing the inner terminal 4, a shield terminal 7 laid to cover the outside of the inner housing 5 and connected to a shield part 6 of the shield electric wire 2, and an outer housing 9 for housing the shield terminal 7, a cover 11 integrally formed with a back opening of the shield terminal 7 through a hinge. A press-fitted part to the shield part 6 of the shield electric wire a is formed on the cover 11. A pressing part 67 to the cover 11 is formed on a spacer 13 which is inserted from an insertion hole 61 of the outer housing 9.
