PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-resistant speaker that is suitable for mass production in many kinds by using a damper where a thin film surrounding a voice coil is formed in a voice coil housing part. SOLUTION: A damper 2 formed by applying heat processing to a thermoplastic synthetic resin consists of an inner fixing section 2c that is fixed to an upper face of a center magnetic pole 5b of a magnetic circuit, an outer fixing part 2d fixed to an upper face of an outer magnetic pole, and a voice coil housing part 2e of a torus groove shape with a bottom whose cross section is U-shaped in the circumferential direction where inner and outer compliance parts 2a, 2b are formed in between an voice coil is free-fit in a torus magnetic air gap to be housed and fixed. The voice coil housing part 2e is formed integrally upward in a free attitude, a winding wire of the voice coil is wound on a bottom of the housing part 2e at a single layer or plural layers in a torus cylinder shape by a prescribed number to obtain a shape keeping processed bobbin-less structure, the voice coil winding wire part from which lead wires being a leading edge and a trailing edge are extracted is inserted and fixed to configure a vibration system and the vibration system is mounted on the magnetic circuit and the end of the diaphragm is adhered to an inner upper part of the voice coil housing part of the damper 2.
