PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detecting vibration in all directions, while maintaining long life property. SOLUTION: When vibration is applied to this sensor 10, a second and a third conductive spherical members 12, 13 move between a conducting part 11e and an insulating part 11d of a first conductive spherical member 11. The part between a pair of lead wires 4a, 4a turns to an electrically continuous state or an electrically discontinuous state. On the basis of the change of the state, vibration can be detected, so that vibration in all directions can be detected.
