PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the mouse pad as a premium with a booklet by sandwiching a compact disk or floppy disk between the elastic layer and film of the mouse pad and adhering an elastic layer of a the mouse pad and a film together. SOLUTION: A compact disk or floppy disk is sandwiched between the flocked elastic layer 3a of the mouse pad 3 which is made of polyethylene, polypropylene, etc., and the film 4 of polyethylene and the film 4 is thermally adhered to the elastic layer 3a. For the thermal adhesion, the film 4 is placed on the elastic layer 3a, a seal bar is heated above 100 deg.C and pressed for several seconds while applied with a force from above the film 4, and thus the film 4 and elastic layer 3a are welded. Consequently, the mouse pad and compact disk 2 can be provided in the form of the premium with the booklet.
