METHOD FOR DETERMINING A MAXIMUM HOP COUNT IN A BUS OF A TREE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A method is provided to determine a maximum hot count quickly. CONSTITUTION: The method of determining a maximum hop count comprises thee steps of: configuring a first tree setting a node as a root node; scanning all child nodes in the first tree to search a child node having a maximum length among the child nodes; setting the searched child node as a new root node to configure a second tree; scanning all child nodes in the second tree to obtain a maximum length; and setting the obtained maximum length as a maximum hop count.
