PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment group mounting device that is capable of surely making a signal connection between terminal pads, eliminating fixtures. SOLUTION: A terminal pad connecting device, which links two terminal pads equipped with an electronic equipment provided on a rail in a slidable manner, is composed of slide grooves 1, connecting plate engaging cut-out grooves 2, and a slider 3. The slide groove 1 is provided adjacent to the upper and lower edge of terminal pads 51 and 52, in the direction coinciding with the sliding direction of the terminal pads 51 and 52, the connecting plate engaging cut-out groove 2 is triangular in cross section and formed on the base of the slide groove 1 at a required position crossing the slide grooves 1 at right angles, and the slider 3 is composed of a slider main body 10 inserted into the slide grooves 1 and a connecting plate 4 fixed crossing the slider main body 10 at a right angle and equipped with projections 4a at both its edges, so as to be engaged with the connecting plate engaging cutout grooves 2, where the slider main body 10 and the connecting plate 4 are constituted into a single piece.
