PURPOSE: A semi melting injection molding method of a metal and its device are provided to obtain a peel-molded product of the high quality by excellently maintaining the fluidity of a melting pot. CONSTITUTION: The injection molding device(1) comprises:a cylindrical injecting cylinder(2) equipped; a screw(3) installed to be able to rotate and to be able to move inside the injecting cylinder(2); and a hopper(6) to supply resources arranged in the rear part of the injecting cylinder(2), and connected to the injecting cylinder(2) by interposing an argon air chamber(7) filled the argon gas in the hopper(6) to prevent the oxidation by putting the resources inputted into the hopper(6) inside the argon air; a pellet P supplied inside the injecting cylinder(2) from the hopper(6) to be a melting pot M by agitating by the screw(3) and by melting by a heater.
