PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make small an area of a fuse latch circuit using a fuse element. SOLUTION: The circuit has a node 11 to which a Vdd is applied, a node 12 to which a Vss is applied, a pair of signal output nodes 13 and 14, a fuse element F1 having one end connected to the node 11 and the other end connected to the node 13, a (p) channel transistor P1 having a source connected to the node 11, a drain connected to the node 14 and a gate connected to the node 13, an (n) channel transistor N1 having a source connected to the node 12, a drain connected to the node 13 and a gate connected to the node 14, and an (n) channel transistor N2 having a source connected to the node 12, a drain connected to the node 14 and a gate connected to the node 13. |
