PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely view and read an information message having comparatively much information without necessitating an open place for disposing and a large- scale equipment by dispersing and displaying a part of the information message by respective display devices plurally disposed along a road, respectively. SOLUTION: A part of the information message is dispersed and displayed by the respective display devices 2A to 2D disposed along the road. The devices 2A to 2D have the same constitution, and are provided with a display data receiving part 21, a display control part 22 generating a display signal for displaying the display data in a dotted state, and a display part 23 displaying and outputting the display signal by using light emitting elements longitudinally and laterally arranged in a dot matrix state. A controller 1 is constituted of a communication part 11 receiving display designation, a control part 12 generating display data to be displayed on the devices 2A to 2D by temporarily storing the display designation in a storage part 13, analyzing and taking out the information message, and a transmission part 14 distributing the display data to the devices 2A to 2D.
