PURPOSE: The invention provides chimera mutation vector (oligonucleotide base called CMV) compounds used to produce specific change in eukaryotic cell's genome. The use of the chimera mutation vector includes treatments of genetic diseases such as Gaucher's disease, thalassemia and sickle sell anemia. The purpose of the method used in the invention is to study the relationship between the structure and the function of an interested gene. CONSTITUTION: The invention relates to compounds which modify specific gene in targeted eukaryotic cell's genome and its method. That is, the invention relates to the introduction of CMV which has homogeneous region and 1 or more heterogeneous region respect to the targeted cellular gene into the nucleus of the target cell. CMV is produced to recombination genes between the CMV and the target by substituting CMV sequence with the targeted gene.
