PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipation restriction structure of a hot water storage water heater in which even a pump circulation type can restrict heat dissipation to the utmost. SOLUTION: A title hot water storage warm water apparatus is adapted such that an upper portion and a lower portion of a hot water storage tank 1 are connected to communicate with a bypass circulation passage 2 and a heating heater 3 and a circulation pump 4 are provided in the circulation passage 2. Herein, there is further provided a water stop valve 5 on the circulation passage 2 for preventing hot water from flowing through the circulation passage 2 when the circulation pump 4 is not driven.
