PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component, including a capacitor using high and low-dielectric constant materials as the dielectric materials, which can remove problems of crack generation, etc., during manufacture thereof, and which can be made high in reliability in its mechanical strength, electrical characteristics, etc. SOLUTION: Dielectric materials 12 to 14 of the parts in capacitors 3 to 5 are of a ceramic or of a composite material of ceramic and resin having a high dielectric constant. A dielectric material 15 of parts forming the capacitor other than the high dielectric constant parts is of a resin or of a composite material of ceramic and resin.
