<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the liquid crystal display device which has the yield and picture quality improved by suppressing dispersion in transistor characteristic. SOLUTION: An active matrix type liquid crystal display device uses a thin- film transistor whose gate length and gate width are, for example, double (2L and 2W) as a circuit element constituting a driving circuit driving each pixel, specially, a circuit part handling an analog signal, where L is the shortest gate length determined by the breakdown strength and W is the gate width determined by W/L corresponding to the purpose of use on the basis of the shortest gate length L.</p> |
