PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shipping management system which prevent old products from being left in stock as much as possible and eliminates a wrong shipping slip, a wrong product, and a wrong number of products shipped on the day. SOLUTION: The bar codes of a shipping slip and a product are scanned (step 21) to read in a shipping number and product number information (step 21). The product number of the product is matched against shipped product information of information of a shipping file of the day of the shipping management system (step 24) and the shipping slip is matched against shipped product information of information of the shipping file of the day (step 26), so that the product and slip are matched against the shipped product information. Further, the shipping slip and product are matched against each other (step 31). Further, the quantity of products which are shipped on the day is matched against the shipped quantity information of the day to check whether or not they match each other (step 37) to verify whether or not products are shipped as many as scheduled on the day without any mistake. |
