PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication service quality control method and its system, in which communication is conducted corresponding to the quality of an optional communication service requested by the user. SOLUTION: In this communication service quality control method and its system for a terminal A, provided with a communication control section 10 to control quality of a communication service between terminals A, B interconnected via a network NE, a QoS mapping section 2 using a spline function decides a spline function Sm" based on plural given sample data pairs (Pn, Rn) in advance and decides a resource QoS Ru, by conducting interpolation processing using the spline function Sm", based on a user request QoSPu and controls the communication control section 10 so as to make communication according to the decided resource QoS Ru. |
