PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize the high piezoelectric property, the improvement of resistance to bending, and simplification of structure, concerning a high polymer pressure-sensitive body where piezoelectric ceramic mixed powder is mixed in organic high polymer. SOLUTION: This piezoelectric composition pressure-sensitive body is composed of piezoelectric ceramic powder treated with a titanium coupling agent and chlorinated polyethylene one hundred and fifty thousand to four hundred thousand in average molecular weight, and to improve the wettability and the mechanical strength of the piezoelectric ceramic powder, processing property, creep property, shape maintainability, shock resistance, flexibility, and further manifestation of piezoelectric property can be improved remarkably. A piezoelectric element which shows excellent shape maintainability even if vulcanization is not performed, and has piezoelectric flexibility, and can be molded in the shape of a practicable flexible cable or a plate, or in optional shape can be provided.
