PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection jig which prevents an inspection electrode and a wiring layer from being separated and removed from an insulating board by a method wherein a reinforcing board is pasted on the side of the wiring layer via an adhesive layer so as to form an integrated structure. SOLUTION: A reinforcing board 18 is pasted, via an adhesive layer 17, on the side of a wiring layer 16 so as to form an integrated structure. Thereby, an inspection jig 10 is set on an inspection socket 30 simply. When the coefficient of thermal expansion of the reinforcing board 18 is matched to the coefficient of thermal expansion of an object 20 to be inspected, the dislocation of the electrode 21 of the object 20, to be inspected, from inspection electrodes 19 is reduced to a minimum, and the reliability of a continuity inspection can be enhanced. In addition, the irregularity in the height of the inspection electrodes 19 is absorbed by the adhesive layer 17, and a uniform contact state can be maintained.
