PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup provided with a biaxial driving feeding line with simple constitution and an optical disk device using it. SOLUTION: This optical pickup contains a light condensing means 35 converging a light beam emitted from a light source emitting the light beam on the signal recording surface of the rotation driven optical disk, a photodetector having a light receiving part light receiving a return light beam from the signal recording surface of the optical disk, an optical base 31 supporting the light source and the photodetector and fitted with a main substrate and a drive means 36 consisting of a drive coil fitted to the light condensing means side and a magnet fixed onto the optical base for drive adjusting the light condensing means in the biaxial direction, and a drive coil feeding connection substrate 38 provided on the drive means is extended so as to intersect with the optical base 31, and a terminal part 38b provided on the end part of the optical base side of the connection substrate is connected directly to the terminal part 39a provided on the main substrate.
