PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to confirm the arrival of an incoming call to a portable radio equipment by means of a notice device configured in a separate body without limit by the model of the portable radio equipment. SOLUTION: When a portable telephone set 100 making a radio speech via a base station receives an incoming call and transmits recognition of the arrival of the incoming call to the base station, a notice device 200 receives the transmission signal to read a data string in a received signal, a data comparator 212 compares the data string with a data string stored in a memory 211 to discriminate the arrival of the incoming call to the portable radio equipment. The arrival of the incoming call is informed by driving a notice means 213 such as an LED 202, a vibrator 203, and a speaker 204 based on this discrimination. Even when the user cannot confirm the incoming call notice by the portable telephone set 100, the user can confirm the arrival of the incoming call to the portable telephone set 100 by the notice in the notice device 200 by having only to wear the notice device 200 on its body.
