PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfactorily absorb an unwanted vibration over all directions of the vibration direction related to a vibration characteristic of a vibrator in an angular velocity sensor having the vibrator. SOLUTION: A base 1 on which a vibrator 2 forming a tuning fork shape connecting a pair of arm portions 5, 6 by a connecting portion 7 is connected and fixed to a housing 10 as a fixed member by a rubber vibration isolator 11. The rubber vibration isolator 11 has a curved portion 11a forming an approximately spherical shape so as to become a convex shape in a whole direction orthogonal to a direction directed from the bass 1 to the housing 10; and a hollow portion 11b penetrated through a whole portion in a direction directed from the base 1 to the housing 10. |
