<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the transmission line of small loss, excellent mass productivity and a low price. SOLUTION: For this transmission line, two strip-like line electrodes 22a and 22b are laminated through a dielectric layer 21c and connected to each other by via holes 23 provided with an interval L not more than 1/4 of the wavelength of the signals of a highest using frequency in the longitudinal direction of the line electrodes 22a and 22b and further, first ground electrodes 24a and 24b are respectively provided across the dielectric layers 21a and 21b to the line electrodes 22a and 22b. Thus, the concentration of a current to the side edge part of the line electrode is mitigated and the loss of the transmission line is reduced. Also, since preparation is performed by the same process, the mass productivity is improved and the price is lowered.</p> |
