PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scraper for the outer periphery of a pipe, applicable for peeling work for various size and shape of pipe fittings. SOLUTION: A scraper for the outer periphery of a pipe is provided with a cutting tool feed mechanism (a feed screw shaft 27, etc.) for feeding a peeling cutting tool 21 pushed against the outer periphery of a pipe 103 along the outer periphery of the pipe in its peripheral and axial directions. The position of an outer face roller 29 for a holding mechanism for holding the cutting tool feed mechanism on the outer periphery of the pipe is adjustable in the axial direction of the pipe. As the length of the holding mechanism is varied with the shape of a pipe fitting, the scraper is applicable for peeling various pipe fittings.
