PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the area of a spacer exposed on the surface of a concrete product so as to be respectable, and prevent instability of a concrete cover due to the position relation and deformation of a form and a spacer. SOLUTION: A round spacer 1 comprises a ring-like outer peripheral frame 2 opening a reinforcing bar insertion part on a part, a reinforcing bar fitting part 3 fitting the reinforcing bar in an inside in the center part, a guide rib leading to the reinforcing bar fitting part 3 from the reinforcing bar insertion part of the outer peripheral frame 2, and a connection rib reinforced by connecting the outer peripheral frame 2 and the reinforcing bar fitting part. A waveform rib 6 is provided on the outer periphery of the outer peripheral frame 2. The waveform ribs 6 are not intermittently provided like projections, continuously provided, and a concrete cover is stable even if it is brought into contact with a form inner face at any position without any relation to the position relation of the spacer and a form. In addition, in the case where the waveform rib 6 is pressed on the form inner face by strong force, the insufficiency of the concrete cover is also eliminated by deformation since it is more difficult to deform than the independently existing projection.
