PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative paper laminated metal panel excellent in processability. SOLUTION: In a decorative paper laminated metal panel wherein decorative paper is laminated to at least the single surface of a metal panel, a test piece A obtained by cutting this decorative paper laminated metal plate into a No. 5 test piece prescribed by JIS Z 2201 by setting a certain direction to a longitudinal direction and a test piece B processed into the No. 5 test piece prescribed in JIS Z 2201 by setting the direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the test piece A to a longitudinal direction are formed and the tensile test is performed with respect to the respective test pieces in an atmosphere of 20 deg.C and RH of 20% at a tensile speed of 1 mm/min to measure elongation at a time when the decorative paper is broken, the elongation (Ae) of the test piece A and the elongation (Be) of the test piece B are respectively 4.0% or more and the ratio (Ae/Be) of both of them is 0.5-2.0.
