PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile driving construction method by an earth auger, in which a pile is driven efficiently into a hard ground and the accuracy of the place of driving can be improved, and the pile thereof. SOLUTION: A cylindrical auger casing 2 for an auger excavating section is arranged into the groove strip section 3 of the pile 1, and the pile is driven while excavating a ground by the auger excavating section. The groove strip section 3 of the pile 1 is formed in a shape that one half side A of the groove strip section 3 is covered along the outer circumferential surface 2a of the auger casing 2 at that time, and the pile 1 is driven by a method in which the auger casing 2 is disposed in contact with the inside of the groove strip section 3.
