FORMING DIE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die, with which a forming time for forming a work having a drawing part and a notching part can be shortened in comparison with the conventional method. SOLUTION: This forming die is provided with a drawing die 1 having a hole 1b with an opening part 1a and a forming land 1c projected into the hole and formed in the middle of the hole 1b and a punch-out punch 2 arranged at the opposite side position to the opening part 1a with respect to the forming land of the contracting die 1 and driven in the orthogonal direction with the opening part 1a and laying on the inside from the projecting end 1d of the forming land 1c at a part of the tip surface. In such a case, a ruggedness part for forming a serration can be arranged in the inner periphery of the forming land 1c.
