PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce cost by providing a guide arm swiveled integrally with a seat body, on the seat body side, and providing a guide rail with which the guide arm is engaged, on the vehicle floor side to constitute interlocking mechanism. SOLUTION: Interlocking mechanism 40 is provided, on the seat side, with a guide arm 20 swiveled integrally with a seat body 10 through a swiveling shaft 22. Two guide rollers 23, 23 are fitted to the tip upper face of the guide arm 20, and a guide rail 30 provided on the vehicle floor side is inserted between both guide rollers 23, 23. When a seated person gets off, the seat body 10 is swiveled onto a door opening part D side. Then the guide arm 20 is integrally swiveled through the swiveling shaft 22, and the guide roller 23, 23 reach an interlocking part 30b from a non-connected part 30a of the guide rail 30. In this state, a main base 3 with the swiveling shaft 22 placed thereon moves forward on a longitudinal sliding rail, and the seat body 10 also moves, that is, the swiveling action and forward sliding action of the seat body 10 are interlocked.
