PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which does not require labor and time such as for supplying an electric source or replacing contents, is free of a trouble of breakdown or malfunction, and provides electronical effects on the meridian. SOLUTION: The objective ceramic powder is prepd. by converting a mixture contg. Al2O3, SiO2, FeO, NaO, MgO, KOH, and NaCl into a ceramic, grinding the resultant ceramic into a powder of 100 mesh or lower, and mixing this powder with a powder having a purity of 99% or higher and contg. V, Al, Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, P, Cu, Zn, Y, Mg, S, NFe (iron nitride), BrK, IRb, etc.
