PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking tool such as a meat grilling device for home use having a simple and compact structure, capable of removing oil smoke and odor securely, allowing a whole surface of a plate to be used in cooking because an intake port and an exhaust port are not formed on a top face of the plate, and permitting its use from any direction because there is no projecting parts on the plate. SOLUTION: A plate 12 in which many transparent holes 13 are drilled is provided in an upper opening part of a tool body 2, and a heater 14 is provided below the plate 12. A fan 5 is provided in a lower central part of the tool body 2, and a water receive plate 9 is provided between the fan 5 and the heater 14. An air suction path 11 reaching a central part of the fan 5 from a lower part of the plate 12 by detouring the water receive plate 9 and an air exhaust path 8 reaching outer periphery of the tool body 2 from outer periphery of the fan 5 are provided.
