PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mutually connect a plurality of building units which are installed at the upside and the downside and also at the right side and the left side by connecting the side face of a column being in contact with a notched part of a beam as a building unit whose beam is omitted and the side face of a column of another building unit. SOLUTION: Building units 20, 30 whose under floor beams are omitted are arranged at a part of the under floor, and building units whose upper floor beams are omitted are arranged at the upper side respectively. In the connection part 140 of beams with columns 11, 11 coming in contact with the notched parts of beams of the building units 20, 30, the side faces 141, 142 are connected to each other by bolts 143. It is preferable that both columns 11 are made of square steel pipes and backing plates 144, 145 are welded to the rear sides of the side faces 141, 142, and bolt-through holes 147 are formed to screw these bolts 143 into female-screws 145. A spacer 148 is put between both columns 11, 11 to extend to the installation level of the building unit whose upper floor beam is omitted, of the upper part of the column head of the column 11. In this way, the building unit whose beam is omitted can be connected to another building unit.
