PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor for cooking device capable of detecting an ordinary temperature and an abnormal high temperature so as to reduce the number of part items of cooking device, a man-hour for assembly, and cost. SOLUTION: A thermistor element 106 and a temperature fuse 107 are stored in a movable body case 102. In the movable body case, a wall 112 insulating between the thermistor element and the temperature fuse, and walls 113, 114 insulating lead wires from each other are formed. A high heat conducting body is applied on upper parts of the thermistor element and the temperature fuse, an insulation sheet is arranged on the temperature fuse, and an aluminum lid 101 is fitted and mounted thereon. The movable body case is held in a holder 105 through a spring 103. At this time, it is possible to prevent the rotation of the movable body case 102 by positioning a rib 116 of the holder into a slit 115.
