PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve product PR effect based on display to a customer by providing a drawer type storage case housing cosmetics and a display base displaying cosmetics, constructing the display base of a display tilting board and a leg part, and installing the leg part in the storage case upper part freely removably. SOLUTION: A cosmetic storage device housing cosmetics is constructed of a drawer type cabinet 1 and a display base 40 installed to the upper part of the cabinet 1 freely removably. The cabinet 1 is used while a top lid part, an upper shelf part 3, an intermediate shelf part 4, and a lower shelf part 5 are layered vertically freely removably so as to be constructed into a box body. After the top lid part is removed from the box body, the cabinet 1 is used with the display base 40 installed to the upper shelf part 3 freely removably. On the display base 40, plate type cosmetic plates 51, 52, bottle type cosmetic containers 53, 54, and tube type cosmetic containers 55-58 are displayed and shown, while cosmetic dishes and the like are stored and displayed in the cabinet 1.
