<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dispersion of top clearance of each piston. SOLUTION: A piston for a variable displacement compressor has a connecting rod 20 in which a spherical portion 22 formed at one end of a cylinder body 21 is connected with a sliding surface of a swash plate 26 via a shoe 25, and the other end of the cylinder body 21 is connected with a piston 10. The piston 10, after connection with the connecting rod 20, is provided with finishing machining of an outer peripheral surface 11a and a top surface 12a.</p> |
