<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently burn and remove dioxin by directly energizing a combustion cylinder, and operating a current by an automatic temperature regulator. SOLUTION: Automatic temperature regulators 8 are connected to electrodes 2 of both ends of a combustion cylinder 1. A temperature of the cylinder is suitably held by a power source operation of the regulators 8, exhaust gas introduced from an exhaust gas intake port 3 is passed through the hollow cylinder 1 via an exhaust gas passage 4, and exhausted to a stack 7 via the passage 4 burned at the suitable temperature. Since a temperature of the gas introduced into the passage 4 is normally about 600 to 800 deg.C, the temperature of the cylinder 1 stood in the passage 4 becomes 600 to 800 deg.C even if the cylinder 1 is not energized. Accordingly, since only a temperature of a difference of the exhaust gas temperature from a suitable temperature may be raised by the energization, the dioxin can be efficiently incinerated and removed.</p> |
