PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject product capable of maintaining the adhesiveness for a long time, and having improved durability in use by forming a urethane- based adhesive layer at least on one face of a substrate. SOLUTION: This double sided adhesive tape having adhesive layers 2 and 5 on both faces of a substrate 4 is obtained by forming a urethane-based adhesive layer 2 at least on one face of the substrate 4. The objective product can have a structure having the urethane adhesive layer 2 at an adherend W side. The substrate 4 is, for example, a polyethylene terephthalate film. The adhesive layer 5 formed at the opposite side of the adhesive layer 2 is composed of a urethane-based, an acrylic or a silicone-based adhesive, and can be changed according to the kind of the member to be stuck. An adhesion-enhancing layer is preferably formed between the adhesive layer 2 and the substrate 4. The adhesion-enhancing layer is preferably a primer layer composed of a polyester- based resin. The objective product is preferably obtained by laminating separating materials on adhesive layers 2 and 5 to protect the adhesive on both faces.
