PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an exterior wall material, in which the exterior wall material can be installed easily onto a wall body even when downward projecting length from the lower ends of the opening sections of fitting frames differs at every opening section formed on the wall body. SOLUTION: The lower end of a fitting frame 13b, in which a lower end is placed at a lowermost section, in fitting frames 13a, 13b, 13c mounted to a plurality of opening sections 11... formed to wall bodies 10 respectively is used as a reference place S, and a horizontal joint 15a is conformed at the reference place S and the exterior wall materials 15 are set up onto the wall bodies 10. Accordingly, when the exterior wall materials 15 are fitted in the lower sections of each opening section 11... even when downward projecting length from the lower ends of the opening sections 11... of the fitting frames 13a, 13b, 13c differs at every opening section 11..., the exterior wall materials 15 installed on the outsides of the opening sections 11... and the horizontal joints 15a are conformed mutually by mating the horizontal joints 15a at the upper ends of the exterior wall materials 15 with the reference place S, thus easily mounting the exterior wall materials 15 on the wall bodies 10.
