PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extremely simply produce the subject tape having a high holding power and improved initial adhesiveness, and usable for a hook hunger by laminating a synthetic rubber-based adhesive on a foamed sheet substrate, and aging the laminated materials under a specific condition. SOLUTION: (D) A synthetic rubber-based adhesive is laminated on both sides of a foamed sheet substrate obtained by heating and foaming a resin composition comprising (A) a synthetic resin (e.g. a low density polyethylene), (B) a foaming agent (e.g. azodicarbonamide) and (C) a lubricant (e.g. lauric acid), and the laminated materials are aged at 20-80 deg.C for >=24 hr. For example, 1-50 pts.wt. component B and 0.1-5 pts.wt. component C are added to 100 pts.wt. component A to provide the foamed sheet substrate, and the component D is preferably obtained by using a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer or the like as a base polymer.
