PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handleability by providing a cooking table capable of moving back and forth in a section from over a sink to a gas range so as to omit a cooking space between the sink and the gas range to increase the size of the sink. SOLUTION: This cooking table 3 is provided over the sink 1 and an inward recessed groove 31 is formed on the lateral side of the table 3 to insert a projecting edge 11 projecting to the front and back of the upper end of the sink 1 into the groove 31. The table 3 can be moved back and forth in the section from the sink 1 to the gas range 2 like this to cook on the table 3 and to place a pot, etc., on the table 3 by positioning the table 3 at a proper position over the sink 1 and to move the pot, etc., in the direction of the gas range 2 by moving the table 3 in the direction of the gas range 2. Thus, since there is not the cooking space between the sink 1 and the gas range 2, the size of the sink 1 can be increased to improve handleability.
