PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a heat retaining property of a quilt and to prevent a turnover of the end of the quilt even when a user turns inside the quilt by arranging a holding part holding one end of a mat on the back side covering of the quilt. SOLUTION: A quilt body 1 is constructed of stuffing, a front side covering 2 and a back side covering 3 coating the stuffing, and in one side of the back side covering 3, a holding part 4 holding one end of a mat is arranged. That is, on the back side covering 3 side, the holding parts 4 are arranged in both corner parts 7 in one side 6 of the quilt body 1, and each of the holding parts 4 is formed into a triangle having an opening part 5. When one corner of a mat sheet is inserted into the opening part 5, the end part of the quilt body 1 and one end of the mat are held by each other. In this way, the foot side end part of the quilt is held, and a heat retaining property can be improved. Even if a user turns inside the quilt during sleeping, the end part of the quilt is not turned over, so that warmth inside the quilt can be maintained sufficiently.
