PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a panel capable of preventing the generation of crack in a cold district and excellent in freeze-thaw resistance by being constituted so as to harden a concrete slurry containing an artificial lightweight aggregate having a specific particle diameter. SOLUTION: The concrete panel is constituted so as to harden the concrete slurry containing the artificial lightweight aggregate having 1.2-3.0 mm particle diameter. The floating of the artificial lightweight aggregate in the concrete slurry is suppressed by controlling the upper limit of the particle diameter of the artificial lightweight aggregate incorporated in concrete slurry to 3.0 mm and, as a result, the dispersion of the artificial lightweight aggregate in the lightweight cellular concrete panel formed by hardening the concrete slurry is kept uniform. The generation of crack in the lightweight cellular concrete panel caused by repeating the freezing and the thawing of water absorbed in the fine pores is suppressed to minimum by controlling the lower limit of the particle diameter of the artificial lightweight aggregate to 1.2 mm in the range that the upper limit of that of the artificial lightweight aggregate is controlled to 3.0 mm. |
